SEPTIC TEST WITH HOME INSPECTION
This inspection includes locating the tank and approximate location of the field lines. The tank and the field line area are visually inspected for improper operation of the system. Then the system is flooded by allowing approximately 150 gallons of water into the system and then checking for evidence of effluent seeping up through the ground. THIS INSPECTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTEE THE ADEQUACY OF THE SYSTEM.
RADON TEST
The radon test is designed to detect if the radon gas levels exceed government recommended levels. The inspection is performed by a certified radon testing professional with a continuous radon monitor, which will print test results immediately upon completion of the test. The test will require 48 hrs. minimum of closed conditions (windows and doors must remain closed except for normal entry and exit). You should receive the results within 24 hours of test completion.
SPRINKLER TEST
The inspection includes the manual operation of the sprinkler system. We are looking for water leaks in the system, sprinkler heads which are not functioning at the time of the inspection. THIS INSPECTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTEE THE ADEQUACY OF THE SYSTEM.
REINSPECTION OF SPECIFIC ITEMS
This is a re-inspection of items specified in need of repairs in the original inspection. In order to keep this price low, we must work this in our schedule between other inspections. This inspection usually takes place after repairs have been made by the seller.
CHECK-UP
This is an inspection on the same property anytime within 2 years of a previous inspection for the original customer. This service is for customers who do not have the knowledge, skills, ability, or the time to monitor the components of their home. A summary page only will be provided which consists of problems observed at the time of the check-up. The roof, attic, and crawl space will be re-checked along with safety items such as: smoke detectors, GFI protection, etc.
STRUCTURAL INSPECTION - CALL FOR QUOTE
This is an inspection of prescribed areas, separate from a Home Inspection to determine if there is any damage to the structure usually due to weather, infestation, or water.
